Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I create a reminder?

Tap the "+" button on the main screen, enter your reminder details, set the date and time, and save.

Q: How do I set up recurring reminders?

When creating or editing a reminder, tap on "Repeat" to choose from hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly options.

Q: How do I share reminders with friends?

Open a reminder, tap the share icon, and enter your friend's email address. They'll receive an invitation to view or edit the reminder.

Q: How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Q: Why am I not receiving notifications?

Please check: 1) Notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → TrueReminders, 2) Do Not Disturb is off, 3) The app has background refresh enabled.

• Service providers: Firebase (data storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple (payments)

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your reminders and personal data will be permanently deleted. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days.

TrueReminders is rated 4+ and is suitable for users of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is necessary. For users under 13, we recommend parental supervision. Parents can contact us to review, delete, or stop collection of their child's information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.

TrueReminders is rated 4+ and is suitable for users of all ages. For users under 13, we recommend parental supervision when creating and managing an account.

3. Description of Service

TrueReminders allows you to create and manage reminders with customizable notifications, set recurring reminders, share reminders with friends, and sync data across devices.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

TrueReminders offers free and Pro versions. Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and can be managed in your Apple ID settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it to harm others.

7. Intellectual Property

TrueReminders and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
